General information

POLi Payments Pty Ltd is an online payments company based in Melbourne, Australia. It is the developer and provider of POLi, an online payment system that is used by merchants and consumers within Australia and New Zealand.

POLi allows consumers to pay for goods or services directly from a your online shop without the need for a credit card but using the consumerĀ“s internet banking to securely pay for goods and services. The key benefit is that you receive an immediate confirmation which allows you to provide the goods or services to your consumer instantly.

The optional request parameters customerStatement and orderReference are more restricted with regard to their length and allowed characters than are other general request parameters.

orderReference Allows for exactly 10 characters and may consist only of the following characters: A-Za-z0-9+?/-:().,'
